Plastic Bottlecap Farm Animals
Ever since I found out a few years ago that plastic bottlecaps were not recyclable (they are a different grade of plastic than their recyclable counterparts), I've been hording them and searching the internet for projects on what I could with them. I really didn't find many projects (if any at all) that I liked so when the idea to make animal magnets popped into my head, the gears in my head started turning. I started with three: a panda, a koala and a pig and shared them on facebook...which became a hit.!
So, here is the first set: the farm animals. I have plans for a few more sets but they will be unveiled one set at a time. Stay tuned soon to see what the next one will be!

Meet Tim
Tim is a happy customer who's mom recently bought him the "I Heart Boba" and fishbowl catnip toys from our shop. It makes me happy to see how much he loves his new toys!

My First RECONSTRUCTED T-shirt Project
I finally got around to reconning one of favorite t-shirts after wanting to start the project for a while now. I am actually pretty proud of how it came out. It's too bad that I ended up making it too small (note to self: add even more inches next time for trimming and seam allowances). I wore the original shirt often (even with the hole) as a night shirt so it became pretty worn and comfy. Since I can't really do anything with it for now, I'm not going to bother trying to fix the hole.
All in all, I'm happy with the outcome even though I can't wear it. Maybe I'll figure out how to convert it smaller and give it to one of my friends' kid. Can't wait to get the next one made. Maybe I'll even get to wear it.
